$5,000 Grant to Saint Michael School Of Hudson MA

Avidia Bank Charitable Foundation Invests in Children

 

Hudson, Massachusetts (March 9, 2010) – Saint Michael School of Hudson, Massachusetts recently received a $5,000 grant from the Avidia Bank Charitable Foundation in support of the educational programs and activities at Saint Michael School and for helping to underwrite student tuition at Saint Michael School.

There is a need for affordable educational choices for students in Hudson and surrounding communities, and support from the Avidia Bank Charitable Foundation addresses this very important need,” said Pat Delaney, Saint Michael School Principal.  “Avidia Bank and their Charitable Foundation believe strongly in investing in the future of our children’s education by supporting schools like ours, and for this we are very grateful.

With the support from local businesses and partners like Avidia Bank, Saint Michael School is able to provide an affordable educational alternative for families in Hudson and surrounding towns.  Avidia bank’s contribution will support Saint Michael School’s enriching programs in visual and performing arts, music and language and our afterschool clubs in robotics, martial arts, and drama. It is open to children and families of all faiths and backgrounds and serves a vibrant, diverse and multicultural community in the MetroWest area.
