Saint Michael School opened its doors in September 1918, when the Sisters of Notre Dame welcomed students in the primary grades.

The first eighth grade class graduated in June 1924. Sadly, the final graduation took place on June 10, 2011.

In early summer of 2011 the school closed its doors.

We are grateful for the years the school served the parish, the community, and our families.

Today, we will remember that even in change, we will follow the words of St. Julie Billart, the founder of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.

"...be like the sunflower which follows all the movements of the sun and ever turns towards it"

Like the sunflower, we will always remember to follow the movements and direction of God in all we do, under the special protection of St. Michael.
